We are thrilled by the exceptional number of abstract submissions this year. To give as many presenters as possible a chance to share their work, we have created a packed program.
To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please respect the following timing and format requirements:
Presentation Timing
Oral Presentations (Research Papers)
- Total time: 10 minutes
- Please keep your talk to 7 minutes maximum, allowing 3 minutes for Q&A.
Policy Pitch Contest
A 3-minutes pitch using 1 PowerPoint slide will be delivered to a panel of judges.
- Total time: 3 minutes
- One (1) slide may be used to support the presentation.
Format Requirements
Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Please use a 16:9 aspect ratio for all slides.

SPEAKER READY ROOM
Delegates who will present their papers should upload their presentation files in the speaker ready room at least three hours before their session. If your presentation is early in the morning, it is advised to load the presentation the day before.
