It has been a busy summer for our Local Organizing Team... In August, members of our team and our Overall Chair Dr. Karin Estepa-Garcia had the chance to visit Ma. Lucille L. Nava, MD, who is the Governor of the neighboring Province of Guimaras.
During this meeting, our team and Governor Nava discussed plans to organize a side trip to Guimaras immediately prior to WONCA-APR 2026, thus giving conference attendees a once-in-a-lifetime experience while promoting regional tourism.
